For over 30 years, Cleveland, Ohio employment attorney Mark Herron has proudly represented individuals in employment and civil rights litigation. Mark’s practice areas include all aspects of employee representation in race and gender discrimination, age discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, employment contracts, non-competes, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, disability discrimination and the rights of public and private employees. Mark is a forceful ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and has been recognized by Equality Ohio with their Attorney Ally of the Year award.
Mark received his undergraduate degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and his J.D. from The Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mark is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Ohio.
Mark’s professional memberships include the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association; Ohio State Bar Association; Ohio Employment Lawyers Association; and the Cleveland Employment Lawyers Association.
Mark spends his free time enjoying Cleveland’s professional sports teams and loves to travel with his wife, fellow Cleveland lawyer, Kerry Agins.
